You can go to any MTR Customer Service Centre, 7-Eleven or Circle K outlet to request printing of the latest 10 transactions for HK$3 (charged by these service providers). If you want to print the most recent 40 transactions, you can contact Octopus Cards Limited, and pay HK$100 for the transaction-record printing service. For records other than the most recent 40 transactions, HK$100 will be charged for every four consecutive-day transactions.
