No, you can’t. You can only attach Basic Energy cards to your Pokemon with the effect of Salamence’s Top Accelerator Poke-Power. Since Rainbow Energy and Double Colorless Energy are Special Energy cards, if the revealed card is a Rainbow Energy or Double Colorless Energy, is it not attached to your Pokemon by the effect of the Top Accelerator Poke-Power, and is discarded.
