If I unsubscribe from the iDonate programme, will I lose credits earned?
Yes. As part of our security processes, once you have opted to unsubscribe from the programme, your account will be deleted. We advise that if you plan to unsubscribe, to do so after your earned credits have been converted to donations at the end of each month. We may be able to retrieve your account for up to 15 days from the date or your unsubscribe request, in case you have made a mistake or changed your mind.
