If I uninstall TweakMASTER, will my system be restored to the way it was before installation?

Yes, uninstalling TweakMASTER will automatically remove all traces of TweakMASTER and restore all settings to the way they were before TweakMASTER was installed. Note that one DLL file cannot always be removed right upon uninstall, but it will be deleted on next reboot.
