If I terminate my contract with BT Openworld before the 12 month term what happens?
Your contract with BT Openworld for Internet Security Pack is for an initial period of 12 months. If you wish to terminate the service before the first anniversary of your subscription, then you will be held to term and asked to pay for the remainder of the 12 months. After the initial 12 month period, you can terminate the service by giving just one month’s notice with no financial penalty.
