If I tell people they can contact me on myspace for further help, does this qualify as solicitation?
well depending where you are asking, Now iof you are sending everyone on myspace a note offering your service, Myspace may consider that as spam and close or delete your account, But if you run a business or what ever and will like for your clients/Friends to used myspace as a point of contact for help, then it should not be a problem. The only problem I see here, is that if you start sending tons of mail to other myspace users offering your service , It will be consider spam. Myspace forum have tons of help support there and are always looking for users to offer good solution, Feel free to check out the forum, I sometimes volunteer there myself.
