Electronic pay statements are securely stored, permitting trusted distributions to any e-mail address as a benefit and convenience to employees of UNC Health Care. This requires one method for internal distribution (unch.unc.edu) and another for external distribution (all others). The process that makes external distribution possible restricts the storage capacity to provide any more than two (2) previous pay statements. Internal distribution via Report2Web is granted to any unch.unc.edu subscriber and restricted to the employees pay statement. The privilege to view other reports in Report2Web is based on job function and/or business need and requires approval using the SARF (System Access Request Form) process.
