I spoke to Sky about this and the they say that the film or channel name will not appear on your bank statement and it will either say Sky Subscription Services or the name-of-a-company ltd, depending on which company owns the channel. A viewer has confirmed that with TVX, the name of the channel does not appear on your bank statement (thanks to Ross from Ayr for this info).
