No. For Cashiers Check and Wire Transfer Payments: we must be in receipt of both your signed Pre-Registration Form and a verified Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer. For Cash Advance Payments: We must be in receipt of your verified Credit Card payment. Separate mailing/faxing of a Pre-Registration Form is not required.
