(top) You must have the equivalence to a US bachelor’s degree to be considered for graduate studies. The Graduate Program at the College of Saint Elizabeth DOES NOT evaluate foreign transcripts. All foreign transcripts must receive a COURSE-by-COURSE evaluation by World Education Services (WES), and the WES evaluation must indicate that you have the equivalence to a US bachelor’s degree.
