If I sign up for unlimited Nationwide Direct ConnectSM access or switch to a rate plan that includes Nationwide Direct ConnectSM service, when does the change take effect?

Immediately. All Nationwide Direct ConnectSM calls are covered by the recurring monthly charge as soon as the customer makes the change. If the change takes place in the middle of a billing cycle, the customer will see prorated charges accordingly.
