A24. The project scope calls for a dune at a height of 22 foot NAVD88. On average in Harvey Cedars the proposed dune height is 2-3 foot higher than the existing dune. The proposed dune will be planted with American Beach Grass and sand fence will be placed at each side of the toe of the dune, to help stabilize it.
