• You are using a GSM phone from TSTT • TSTT has a roaming agreement with network operator(s) in the country where you are roaming. • You are using a TSTT SIM-card in your phone. You will not be able to send/receive SMS messages if you are using a non-TSTT SIM. The TTCS page about GSM service in Trinidad and Tobago provides a list of coutries where TSTT GSM customers can roam and send/receive SMS messages.
