A. Most commercially available software packages already have a Comodo root certificate embedded within the software (e.g. Microsoft.Net) and therefore you wouldn′t need to download a certificate if this was the case. If the software is not something commercially available then you would need to download a root certificate from Comodo, this would be at no cost.
