A. No you do not, however when the county auditor performs his/her audit and the state auditor is to perform an audit you might be requested to show a break down of expenditures. Examples if your county was awarded a grant for training, software, plan enhancement… then you will need to be able to supply proof of this to the auditor. SLA is a different fund from the other two.
