If you have received a correction to your entitlements, adjustments will appear in the Retrospective Payments box on your 15 December payslip. For example, if Building, Maintenance and Engineering Services employees have not been paid the correct Leading Hand Allowance, as per the latest Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), a correction will appear on their payslip. As shown below, the incorrect Leading Hand Allowance is reversed out as a negative and the correct Leading Hand Allowance is paid. Retrospective payments relating to the previous four pay periods will display dates and itemised details.
