A. An alumni that participates in the E-Career Coach Program may use his or her coaching time for whatever purpose they deem necessary, including resume preparation. However, it is not anticipated that anyone wanting to develop a resume through the Program would require 10 hours of E-Coaching to finalize an effective resume. Moreover, it is anticipated that the participant will want to use some of the coaching time to receive assistance on other important career management issues. Should more E-Career Coaching be needed, supplemental time with Right can be arranged through the Darden Alumni Career Services Office. Q.
