If I purchase a multiyear Lexus Enform® and/or Safety Connect® subscription and then purchase a new vehicle and want to transfer the service, will I still receive my first year complimentary trial subscription on the new vehicle?
Yes. A complimentary trial period comes with every Lexus Enform® or Safety Connect®-equipped new-vehicle purchase. Rather than a transfer of service, however, your prior subscription will be cancelled, any remaining balance will be refunded to you, and a new subscription will be initiated on the new vehicle.
