If I purchase a Bosa Properties home today, when do I begin making deposit investments?
This of course depends on the community in which you are considering ownership and this community’s respective deposit requirements. Typically, we at Bosa Properties require an initial deposit investment of 5% of the Purchase Price at the time of purchase, an additional 5% in 30-60 days, and the balance of deposit required in 180 days.
