If I press Triangle over a friend in my friends list, select “Profile”, theres an “About Me”-field listed. How do I edit mine?

In your friends list, select your avatar, enter Account Management. When you get to the “Select an avatar”-screen, select “Use current avatar”, and you’ll then be able to edit your “About Me”-field.
