If I place a FundAccess order early in the day, can I call before the cutoff and have the order canceled?
Vanguard Brokerage Services will not attempt to cancel or change any FundAccess order unless your request is received prior to the transmission of information to the fund and prior to the fund’s stated cutoff time. If your cancellation or change request is timely received by Vanguard, we’ll make our best effort to process it. FundAccess funds’ cutoff times are located in the Research Funds & Stocks tab under Other Fund Families and may differ from the times mentioned in a fund’s prospectus. For specific information on the cutoff time for a particular fund, view that fund’s FundAccess profile page or call 800-992-8327 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Eastern time.
