No!!! and this is from experience…. the state will only deal with the state as far as holding back taxes…. the Federal will deal with law suits, child support.etc .., but not state taxes….I owed the state taxes and I received my fed tax every times…I was not even aware that I owed a state tax for years….but they will also add a penalty fee without letting you know!!!
