if i ordered a new card do to losing my first one and don have funds to pay it then,will it say a pending transaction until the new one gets paid for
Usually any transactions that are pre-authorized by you or the cardholder will still be deducted from the card or charged to your account through the card info. If you realize that the payments you need to make are not being charged to you, then when your new card arrives which takes approximately 3-5 business days from the day that you ordered it or from the next business day if you ordered the new card on a non-business day, you should be able to easily change the billing info with any merchants that are charging you.
