It could mean anything from finding the article you ordered to packing it ready for dispatch/shipping; but not shipping.

i believe the vendor you ordered the item from is in the PROCESS of putting together your order, hence, it is PROCESSING. that could mean anything from – ‘i’ve instructed my employees to ‘pull’ your order and get it ready for shipping,’ to ‘i’m waiting for your check [credit card payment, etc.] to clear and upon that, your item will be shipped. hope this helps.
