If I order an article through Extended, but NRC-CISTI provides the article through Direct Service, do I still have to pay the higher Extended Supply rate?
NRC-CISTI always supplies your document using the lowest cost service that meets your needs. If, for example, you order a document through Extended Supply Service, and we can provide it through Direct Service, you pay the lowest cost. For copies, that means you would pay $12.50 plus copyright for an article delivered from the NRC-CISTI collection, even if your order indicated that you were willing to go a higher level if necessary.
