If I order a wetsuit online and the size doesnt fit, what do I do?
If you find that the wetsuit you have ordered online isnt the best possible fit, just simply write the problem on a piece of paper and place that in a post pack with the wetsuit and the purchase order receipt and send it back to us. If you have misplaced the purchase order receipt that was sent to you, its fine to include on the purchase order number located in the top right hand corner on the piece of paper where you have written the problem with the wetsuit. Once we receive the return we will send you the size you request and you can expect it to arrive the day after we send it if you live in Australia.
