If I open a student’s attached file can I re-attach it in LiveText or do I have to email it to the student?
When student submits their work as an attachment you may download the attached file, make comments in it and re-insert it back into the LiveText document. You do not have to email the attached/reviewed file to the student. First, you must download the file, make your comments, and save it on your computer. To do this: • Click and open the attached file. Attachments are visible to you (a) under Artifacts on the Assignments Page or (b) within the LiveText document (e.g., Put YOUR work here). • In the pop up window, select Save File to save the file to your computer and open it in the appropriate program to view. • Enter your comments and feedback within the student’s file and re-save the file to your computer. Next, you need to insert the student file back into the LiveText Assignment Assessment Page. To do this: • Click the Upload Attachment tab. • Click the Browse… button.
