You pay $4.50 per trade before your account value goes over the $2,500 minimum. The 10 free stock trades start the day your account value reaches $2,500 based on the Start of Day account value, i.e. October 15th. You can start enjoying the 10 free stock trades from October 15th through end of October. If you want to trade more than 10 times in October, you pay only $4.50 on each additional trade.
