For warranty support, call Traeger Service Department at 1-800-872-3437. They are open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Pacific Time) and they will assist you with all your warranty and service needs. Texas Star Foods will assist you in any way we can also by calling (832) 426-4229. We know alot about the grill and always have advice, but mostly we want to make sure you are happy with your Traeger!
