You can schedule an consultation to speak with a Navigenics Genetic Counselor at any time. You can schedule your session in one of two ways: • Call (866) 522-1585 (US and Canada) or +1 (650) 585-585-7743 between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, to make your appointment. • If you are already a member, you can set up a genetic counseling appointment online. Log in to your member account, click on the “My Account” tab in the upper right-hand corner of any page, and then click on the “Talk to your expert” link on the left. From there, you’ll be able to schedule your session. You may speak with your Genetic Counselor as many times as you need to. (If you live in the state of New York, state law may require that you talk with your doctor about your results.
