You don’t need to also complete the NCFlex or State Health Plan Address Change Forms. You should change your address via ESS (access My Personal Data tab, Addresses link) or submit a paper Employee Change Information Form to BEST via fax, Mail Service Center (MSC) mail, or postal mail. Once the address is changed in SAP, the change will be fed to the State health Plan the next day, and the NCFlex vendors the following Monday through an electronic interface file. Address changes with Agency specific benefits plans need to be completed by paper or by the previous method used prior to BEACON.
