Once you report the loss of your Alfalah HilalCard to the Bank, your card will be “hot listed” and you are protected from losses due to misuse. If you are traveling overseas and need to report your lost card immediately, you can call VISA Electron Global Assistance numbers mentioned in the welcome guide. Please ensure that you NEVER keep your Alfalah HilalCard and PIN together.
