If I make reservations for the minimum number of players required and more players show up the day of the event will they be able to play?

You can make changes in your reservations up until 48 hours before your play date as long as there is equipment available for additional players. You will be required to leave a deposit for those additional players. If you add any players on the day of your event it will be on a first come first serve basis if they need to rent equipment.
