If I make a special request (i.e. specific airline meal, non-smoking room) am I guaranteed to get it?
Special requests are forwarded to our travel suppliers and are subject to the policies of the travel suppliers. We recommend that you verify the status of your request at time of check-in. Special-need meals (e.g., kosher, diabetic, vegetarian) are available upon request, but must be arranged in advance. Both Cruise-Pros.com and the cruise line will make every effort to accommodate your request. Simply email our customer service department with your booking number and your meal request and we will arrange it for you.
