Yes! Individuals who lease at off-campus properties for their first year will be guaranteed residence hall assignments for their second year, so long as such a request is made to reslife@umd.edu by April 1, 2010. Proof of lease and a Department of Resident Life Housing Contract (available March 2010) are required. Contact the Department of Resident Life for other details and requirements.
