If I live in north Brevard and request transport to Wuesthoff Hospital, will the paramedics transport me to Wuesthoff or will I be transported to the closest facility?
Brevard County Fire Rescue Paramedics will try to accommodate all of our patient’s requests. If the patient is unstable and requires immediate intervention, the patient will be transported to the closest hospital for stabilization. If the paramedics feel that the patient is stable, they will transport the patient to their hospital of choice.
