If I know the PubMed number of a SNP, how do I get the rs ID of this SNP?

Query Pubmed using the ID (pmid). Once you get the result, you can either select SNP Link from Display, or you can or click on the blue word Links at the top right side of the result and select SNP, if it is shown. The SNP option is not shown if there is no SNP associated with the publication. Here’s an example of a publication with a SNP association.
