Securities that were subject to a 12-month restricted period under the old Instrument are now subject to a 4-month restricted period under section 2.5 of MI 45-102. The 4-month restricted period is still calculated from the distribution date of the securities. As a result, the securities will not be subject to any restricted period once four months have elapsed from the distribution date. Refer to section 1.3 of the Companion Policy to MI 45-102 for more information on transition. 5.
