If I import documents into RMTrak, do they move from their previous locations?
No. Importing a document into RMTrak merely tells RMTrak where the document is located. RMTrak will monitor the document (and give you access to it) from its location anywhere on any server or workstation. Documents don’t need to be kept in a central location; however, if more than one person will be viewing the documents, we recommend you organize them somewhere on a server that everyone can access.
