If I hold an active Texas Real Estate Sales, Brokers or Appraisers license am I required to have a senior property tax consultant sponsor me?

No. When you submit your application, continuing education and fee also provide a copy of your active license. You must continue to keep that license on an active basis for as long as you hold your property tax consultant license. You must also furnish a copy of your real estate brokers, sales or appraisers license when you renew your property tax consultant license.
