No. You are billed based on the number of URLs tested – not the number of tests performed on an URL. It works like this: The first URL tested on a given day is included in the monthly base fee. This is regardless of the number of tests made on a given URL. Long distance paging notification is extra (USD $0.35 per page). Any additional URLs tested will be billed based on the price structure from the table below.
