If I have not been accepted onto the summer school before the earlybird deadline will I miss out on the early-bird discount?

No, the early-bird fee is based on when you applied, even if for some reason we do not accept you onto the school until after the deadline. I need to raise a purchase order for my summer school fees, what name and address should it be made out to.
