If I have multiple meters on one TMS account, can I still enroll in the TotalFunds or TotalFunds PLUS Service?

Yes. The TotalFunds Services are an ideal way to fund TMS accounts with multiple meters. All meters on the account will benefit from the TotalFunds Services. Please note that it is not possible to exclude meters from using the TotalFunds Services if they share a TMS account.
