If I have more than one Miles&Smiles account, can I transfer the balances to just one account?

If your name and address are identical on each account, you may request a merge together with the copy of your valid ID , the copies of your Miles&Smiles cards as well as the mileage statements to combine your accounts by sending fax to +90 212 465 23 63 / +90 212 465 23 06 or e-mail to milesandsmiles@thy.com. You can also log-in with your Miles&Smiles membership number and PIN code, then select “DUPLICATE MEMBERSHIPS”. You will have to enter both membership numbers to request a merge transaction.
