If I have liposculpture (liposuction) and then gain weight will it come back in other places?
As long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen your body will adjust and you should not gain any weight back. However, if you do not take care of your new body, you may gain some weight back. First it will try to go to the areas where you normally store it, (which are usually the areas that have been suctioned) and then it will go elsewhere. We gain weight by our existing fat cells getting bigger, not by adding fat cells.
