It depends. If you are an active, paid subscriber, are registered with IngentaConnect and have previously accessed the Report, you should contact IngentaConnect. They will also assist you if you experience any technical difficulty. However, if you’re trying to access the Report and cannot remember your Hastings Center subscription number, or you have questions about your membership or subscription, you should call The Hastings Center at 845-424-4040 ext. 234 or email publications@thehastingscenter.org.
