With the SGC APPROVED INSTALLATION CENTER AGREEMENT that you have now, you bill the SGC Network on a sub-contracting basis, without sales tax. With the new SGC NETWORK PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, you bill the insurance or fleet company with sales tax.
