If I have an enrolled Citi® credit card Sponsor Account, what purchases qualify for points?
All new purchases qualify, however, certain transactions do not. Balance transfers, cash advances, convenience checks, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, finance charges and card account fees do not get ThankYou Points, unless specifically stated otherwise.
