If you use Access Point that has the function of a router, you can use Play@TV NMP4000 and connect to the Internet. However, you need to configure your system as follows. The router should be set to change DHCP server function and network address (NAT). You should configure the LAN and WAT setting of the router properly. If the router is connected to more than one PC, the settings should be configured properly. The TCP/IP settings of the PC LAN card should be set to “Obtain IP address automatically.” The cable between Play@TV Set-top Box and PC should be connected properly. If the settings are configured as above, you can run the Network Setup program of Play@TV NMP4000 on your PC to configure the network settings. Using Play@TV NMP4000 while running other programs may slow down the performance of your PC, so it is recommended that you not run other applications on your PC while using Play@TV NMP4000.
