If i have a california court order to see my child and the mother moves to georgia with out my consent?
You definitely need to get your lawyer to file a motion and bring this matter to court. If she doesn’t show up, she is in contempt and they can give you sole rights to the child. You can also hire a PI to find the mother. What she did if there is in fact a court order saying she cannot do this is punishable by law. It is a civil matter… but if there is a court order it is also a criminal matter. You can usually go to your local librarys website and they should have a database of court motions that you can print out.
